My responsibilities can vary depending upon the project complexity and the internal resources available to my clients and many will involve site selection through construction and move coordination.

In addition to project development experience, I have managed over one-half million square feet of office and retail space located in eastern Massachusetts. This effort has allowed for a better understanding of how buildings function and where savings can be realized through better design/engineering and attention to construction details.
